Future plans at Manor House Stables
Phase 3 of the Manor House Stables development plan is now complete. This phase included chronologically;
- 10 new turn-out paddocks

Additional extended grass gallop

Additional horse walker
- Additional lunge ring

Equine swimming pool
- Equine spa, including exerciser and heat lamps
- Veterinary centre
We are now going to have a full season without any works being carried out on site, just to let all the new facilities bed in, and to concentrate 100% on the racing. Phase 4 of the Manor House Stables development plan will be to build two new barns taking total capacity to 130 boxes. This phase will not begin before November 2012.
